We’re asking you – our Workwell warriors, what does working well mean to you? Here are some of our favorite responses so far:

Loving what I do. Finding a passion and being excited about your work is important. I want my son to grow up knowing he can be whatever he wants to be because he saw his mom doing what she loves. The sky is the limit! – Brittany Egan, Preschool Teacher

Always finding ways to learn more about my craft. Being a teacher and artist, I’m passionate about what I do, and I want to share it with my students. I’m always finding ways to push my mind and body creatively and physically, to better myself and inspire my kids. Being able to chase my dreams while helping others realize theirs makes every ounce of work with it.  – Paige O’Connor, Dancer

Enjoying what I do and being in an environment that encourages growth and learning. If I’m not growing, then it's not worthwhile. – Candice Taylor, Dancer

Finding those moments at work that resonate within and remembering them. Those moments will steer the future towards a job that you’re passionate about and excited for each morning so that you can feel accomplished by week’s end. – Collin Sage, Software Engineer
