Hello Jane

“Today, the working world is a competitive one. A world where companies seek the individuals with the most experience. A world where you’re put down before you’re even given the chance. To me, working well doesn’t mean having ruthless, cut-throat antics. For me, working well is collaborating with and motivating others to exceed expectations. Working well involves having passion, creativity, ideas, ambition, and a positive mindset. It should improve the quality of our lives by giving us meaning, purpose, and contributing to our overall well-being. ⁣⠀
⁣⠀
I believe that when you work on your wellness, then it leads you to work well. Your wellness is the balance throughout your body, mind and soul. Wellness is all encompassing and provides you with a balanced perspective of life. Therefore allowing you to be aware of what is working in your life and improving upon it. As well as, being aware of what is not working in your life and being proactive about changing it. In its most fundamental definition, I believe it is having a balance in your life, work, play, eating well, exercising and having solid, trusting relationships. You are the best version of yourself when you are WELL. You have more strength, energy, determination, happiness and positivity. What you think and believe in, attracts just that. If a person is well then they can really see and feel the beauty and excitement in the world around them, including the workforce that they’re in. When people are happy and well, businesses can thrive and societies flourish.”⁣ – @foodieforcrohnies, IBD advocate, foodie and entrepreneur
